Services

Five service areas. One responsible team.

From a focused implementation to an enterprise-wide programme, we bring consulting, engineering, cloud and AI together, and we stay to operate what we build.

01 — Consulting

Technology consulting and architecture

Business requirements analysis, technology planning, system architecture and implementation roadmaps that your organisation can actually deliver.

02 — Engineering

Software engineering and enterprise integration

Custom application development, testing and deployment, and the integration of business systems, platforms and data so information flows without re-entry.

03 — AI and automation

AI and business automation

Internal AI assistants, autonomous agents, document processing, company knowledge search and customer-service automation, integrated with your enterprise systems and access controls.

04 — Cloud

Cloud and infrastructure

Cloud implementation, modernisation and integration, with ongoing infrastructure operations, EU hosting options and the security controls your organisation requires.

05 — Managed services

Managed IT and application services

Application maintenance, employee training, operational support and continuous improvement, with documented procedures and agreed response times.

What changes

From point-to-point to one governed layer.

Most estates grow one interface at a time: exports, re-keying and scripts that nobody owns. We connect the systems you already run through one integration layer with documented contracts, and one team stays responsible for it.

Illustrative estate. Your own inventory is the first deliverable of an assessment: see consulting and architecture, then software engineering and integration.

How we work

Clear ownership. Fewer handovers.

We approach each engagement through the processes it needs to support, the systems it must connect, and the people who will use it. One team is responsible from the first workshop to daily operations.

Processes

Start with the work, not the tool.

We map the processes a solution must support before choosing architecture, so software fits the way your organisation actually operates and the outcome can be measured.

Systems

Connect what you already run.

ERP, CRM, document stores and cloud services are linked so information flows between systems without re-entry, and the whole is operated as one environment.

People

Adoption is part of delivery.

Training, documentation and ongoing support are planned from the start, so new systems are used rather than just installed, and keep improving after go-live.

AI and automation

Assistants that know your business.

We develop internal AI assistants, autonomous agents, document-processing solutions, company knowledge search and customer-service automation, and integrate them into the systems and workflows you already have, with the access controls your organisation requires.

Which supplier contracts renew in Q4, and which need notice before 30 September?

Seven contracts renew between 1 October and 31 December. Two require written notice by 30 September. I have drafted the notices and assigned them to Procurement for review.

Security and operations

Requirements built into every engagement.

Security and operational requirements are agreed at the start and form part of the delivery, according to what your organisation needs.

  • EU hosting options

Deployments in the EU regions of AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, with data residency documented per service.

  • Security testing

Automated checks in the delivery pipeline and independent testing before go-live where your policy requires it.

  • Access controls

Least-privilege access, single sign-on with your identity provider, and reviews of who can reach what.

  • Documented procedures

Runbooks, change management and incident classification written down and kept current.

  • Agreed response times

Priorities, coverage hours and escalation paths defined per client and reported monthly.

  • Knowledge transfer

Documentation and training are deliverables, so your organisation is never dependent on one person.

Data residency

Where your data lives is a decision.

From our base in Nottingham we deploy to the EU regions of AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. Data at rest and in processing stays in the regions you specify, and residency is documented per service.

Nottingham, our base, is connected to three EU cloud regions: Dublin (AWS, Microsoft Azure), Frankfurt (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and Paris (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
