Accessibility statement

IT SOLVER LTD wants everyone to be able to use itsolver.co.uk. This statement describes how accessible the website is, what we have done to make it so, and how to tell us if something does not work for you.

1. Conformance status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The website is partially conformant: it was built to the guidelines and tested with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, but it has not yet been audited by an independent specialist. We will update this statement when an independent assessment is complete.

2. What we have done

• Semantic HTML with landmarks, one main heading per page and an ordered heading structure.
• A skip link, visible focus indicators on every interactive element, and no keyboard traps.
• Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for interface components and focus indicators, on light and dark surfaces.
• Text that can be resized to 200 percent and layouts that reflow on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
• Motion that respects the "reduce motion" preference; no auto-playing media.
• Form fields with visible labels, clear error messages linked to the field, and errors announced to assistive technology.
• Interactive targets of at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels.

3. Known limitations

• The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. The verification widget is provided by Cloudflare and its accessibility is outside our direct control. If you cannot complete the verification, email or telephone us instead; the details are on every page.
• Some third-party content, such as embedded documents that clients may receive from us, is not covered by this statement.

4. How this website was assessed

The website was assessed in September 2026 by the team that built it, using automated checks (axe and Lighthouse) and manual testing with keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom, reduced-motion settings and a screen reader on desktop and mobile browsers.
