Managed IT and application services
After go-live, technology needs an owner. We maintain applications, support employees, operate infrastructure and keep improving solutions as requirements change, under documented procedures and response times agreed with you.
Discuss your situation
Describe the systems involved and what you want to change. An engineer replies within one business day.
Scope of the service
Application maintenance
Bug fixes, dependency updates, security patches and small enhancements for the applications we built or inherited from others.
Operational support
A service desk for your employees, incident management with defined priorities, and escalation to the engineers who know the systems.
Employee training
Role-based training and documentation when systems change, so new capabilities are used rather than worked around.
Continuous improvement
Regular service reviews that turn incident trends and user feedback into a prioritised backlog of improvements.
How clients usually start
Managed application service
We own the health of named applications: monitoring, maintenance, support and improvement under one agreement.
Managed IT for a business unit
Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity and user support for an organisation or division, with reporting to your management.
Transition and knowledge transfer
Taking over systems from a previous supplier or internal team, or handing them back, with documentation and shadowing.
What you can expect from the engagement
- 01
Documented procedures
Runbooks, access procedures, change management and incident classification are written down and reviewed, so service does not depend on one person.
- 02
Agreed response times
Priorities and response targets are defined per client and reported monthly. Coverage hours and escalation paths are explicit.
- 03
Clear exit terms
Documentation, credentials and knowledge stay with you. If the service ends, the handover is planned rather than improvised.
Technology we work with in this area
Platform names are used descriptively. We select technology to fit your existing environment and the people who will maintain it.
Frequently asked
Can you take over applications another company built?
Yes. We start with a transition phase: code and infrastructure review, documentation, monitoring and a stabilisation backlog. Only then do we commit to response times.
What response times do you offer?
They are agreed per client and per priority level. A typical arrangement responds to critical incidents within one hour during coverage hours and to standard requests within one business day.
How do you report on the service?
A monthly report covers incidents, response and resolution times, changes made, risks and the improvement backlog, followed by a review meeting with your stakeholders.
What if we want to bring the service in-house later?
That is planned for from the start. Documentation, runbooks and repositories are yours, and we provide a structured handover and training period.
